Upon graduating from the Queens High School in Kingston, Jamaica, Barbara received professional training with the Fitz Henley Secretarial, and Duffs Business College both in Kingston, Jamaica. She was firmly committed to balancing all the aspects of her Church, family, social, and work life.
Rev. Rose worked in the field of accounting for many years with Household furnishing, also with Campbell’s Upholstering where she held responsibilities as Office Manager. Barbara migrated to the United States of America in the nineties after serving the Portmore Church in many capacities. She then attended the Suffolk Community College where she pursued courses in Nursing.
